Products are posted every 1 - 3 business days, after payment is received.
All PIN/CARD orders are sent via Standard Australia Post, WITHOUT tracking to keep cost as low as possible for you. If you require an item to be tracked, please select the shipping upgrade option suitable to you.
All CERAMICS orders are sent via Australia Post WITH tracking.

Items will only be considered lost after 21 days for orders within Australia. Please contact us if you haven’t received your order in this time.

Refunds and Exchanges
